He cleared all doubts and answered patiently. Documents details were clear. Before shifting, altered the house as per our own interest. Customised the interior. Thanks to Mr. Sudarsan for it. He understood our requirements suggested ideas and took us to shops to select lights and decors. Thanks to Mr. Saravanan and Mr. Mahadevan for explaining all tiny details. I bought a 3BHK in Swarna Boomi Apartment after through study and comparing with other apartments in 2013. Even after 7 years, I don't find any repair and no networks because of quality construction with prime products & fittings. The facilities what we enjoying in the apartment is a pride.
